Installation preparation services included, but not limited to, receiving of merchandise from factories by the carton or by the container. We provide complete unpacking and inspection of each piece, providing minor repairs and touchup as needed. Each piece is carefully rewrapped and placed into our rack storage system for protection. We initiate freight claims for proper processing and handling if necessary.

During the receiving process each piece is assigned a unique inventory number. This number identifies the Showroom, Designer, and Client. Each piece is then tagged with a computer-generated label containing coordinated inventory information. Our office staff then creates a matching inventory to be mailed or faxed to you for proof of delivery into our warehouse. With this unique number showing on your inventory form, you can request inventory information by client, coordinate deliveries, and track delivery information.

Our D.O.T. Certified, uniformed drivers, will deliver and install your merchandise at your request, by the piece, by the room or one complete installation. We offer scheduled appointments and ensure tracking by Equipping our trucks with radios. Upon completion of installation, all packing materials are removed-Your furniture and accessories are completely set up and ready to be enjoyed.
